Diwygiadau i reoliad 12F o’r Rheoliadau Teithio Rhyngwladol (gwahardd awyrennau a llestrau sy’n teithio’n uniongyrchol o wlad neu diriogaeth a restrir yn Atodlen 3A rhag cyrraedd)

5.  Yn lle paragraff (1) o reoliad 12F o’r Rheoliadau Teithio Rhyngwladol rhodder—

“(1) Ni chaiff y person sy’n rheoli awyren neu lestr neu sydd â rheolaeth dros awyren neu lestr yr oedd ei man ymadael diwethaf neu ei fan ymadael diwethaf yn wlad neu diriogaeth a restrir yn Atodlen 3A beri na chaniatáu i’r awyren neu’r llestr gyrraedd Cymru, oni bai—

(a)ei bod yn rhesymol angenrheidiol iddi neu iddo wneud hynny er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch yr awyren neu’r llestr neu iechyd a diogelwch unrhyw berson ar ei bwrdd neu ar ei fwrdd;

(b)mai dim ond at ddiben ail-lenwi’r awyren neu’r llestr â thanwydd, neu gynnal a chadw’r awyren neu’r llestr, y mae’n cyrraedd Cymru, ac na chaniateir i unrhyw deithwyr fynd ar fwrdd yr awyren neu’r llestr neu ddod oddi ar yr awyren neu’r llestr;

(c)mai ambiwlans awyr yw’r awyren a’i fod yn glanio at ddiben cludo person i gael triniaeth feddygol; neu

(d)bod cyrraedd yn ofynnol fel arall yn unol â chyfarwyddyd a ddyroddir o dan Atodlen 3A i Ddeddf Llongau Masnach 1995(1).”
