Diwygio’r Rheoliadau Cyfyngiadau

8.—(1) Mae’r Rheoliadau Cyfyngiadau wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Hepgorer rheoliad 4(7).

(3) Yn rheoliad 11A—

(a)yn y pennawd, yn lle “yn Ne Affrica” rhodder “mewn gwledydd penodol”;

(b)ym mharagraff (1)—

(i)yn is-baragraff (a), yn lle “9.00 a.m. ar 24 Rhagfyr 2020” rhodder “4.00 a.m. ar 9 Ionawr 2021”;

(ii)yn is-baragraff (b), yn lle “9.00 a.m. ar 24 Rhagfyr 2020” rhodder “4.00 a.m. ar 9 Ionawr 2021”;

(iii)yn is-baragraff (c), yn lle “yn Ne Affrica” rhodder “mewn gwlad restredig”;

(c)ym mharagraff (2), yn lle “y gadawodd P De Affrica” rhodder “yr oedd P mewn gwlad restredig ddiwethaf”;

(d)ar ôl paragraff (3) mewnosoder—

“(4) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, mae’r gwledydd a ganlyn yn wledydd rhestredig —

(a)Teyrnas Eswatini;

(b)Teyrnas Lesotho;

(c)Gweriniaeth Angola;

(d)Gweriniaeth Botswana;

(e)Gweriniaeth Malaŵi;

(f)Gweriniaeth Mauritius;

(g)Gweriniaeth Mozambique;

(h)Gweriniaeth Namibia;

(i)Gweriniaeth Seychelles;

(j)Gweriniaeth Zambia;

(k)Gweriniaeth Zimbabwe.”

(4) Yn rheoliad 11B—

(a)yn y pennawd, yn lle “yn Ne Affrica” rhodder “mewn gwledydd penodol”;

(b)yn is-baragraff (2)(c), yn lle “neu risg arall o niwed difrifol” rhodder “, risg arall o niwed difrifol neu i gyflawni rhwymedigaeth gyfreithiol, gan gynnwys mynd i’r llys neu fodloni amodau mechnïaeth, neu i gymryd rhan mewn achos cyfreithiol”.

(5) Yn rheoliad 38(c), yn y testun Saesneg, ar ôl “(2)” mewnosoder “of”.

(6) Yn rheoliad 57(1)(t)(i), yn lle “, o fewn unrhyw ardal Haen 4 neu o fewn unrhyw ardal lle y gosodir cyfyngiadau llymach na’r rhai sy’n gymwys yn yr ardal Haen 3” rhodder “neu o fewn yr ardal Haen 4”.

(7) Ym mharagraff 48 o Atodlen 4, yn lle “, swyddfeydd gwerthiant datblygwyr a chartrefi arddangos” rhodder “a chartrefi arddangos”.
