Diwygiadau i Atodlen 2 (personau esempt)

6.—(1) Mae Atodlen 2 i’r Rheoliadau Teithio Rhyngwladol wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn lle paragraff 3(2)(b) rhodder—

“(b)ystyr “llu ar ymweliad” yw unrhyw gorfflu, criw neu adran o luoedd gwlad, sy’n gorfflu, criw neu adran o luoedd sy’n bresennol am y tro yn y Deyrnas Unedig (gan gynnwys dyfroedd tiriogaethol y Deyrnas Unedig), ar wahoddiad Llywodraeth Ei Mawrhydi yn y Deyrnas Unedig.”

(3) Ar ddiwedd paragraff 13(1), yn eiriau cloi o dan baragraff (c), mewnosoder—

“pan fônt wedi teithio i’r Deyrnas Unedig yng nghwrs eu gwaith.”

(4) Ym mharagraff 24(1), yn lle “14 o ddiwrnodau ar ôl cyrraedd y Deyrnas Unedig” rhodder “y cyfnod pan fyddent, oni bai am y paragraff hwn, wedi bod yn ddarostyngedig i ofyniad i ynysu (o fewn ystyr rheoliad 10(2) o’r Rheoliadau hyn)”.

(5) Ar ddiwedd paragraff 24(1), yn eiriau cloi o dan baragraff (d), mewnosoder—

“pan fônt wedi teithio i’r Deyrnas Unedig yng nghwrs eu gwaith.”

(6) Ym mharagraff 38, yn lle is-baragraff (2)(a)(ii) a (iii) rhodder—

“(ii)sydd wedi ei ddynodi felly at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn gan Gyngor Chwaraeon Cymru,

(iii)sydd wedi ei ddynodi felly at ddibenion Rheoliadau Diogelu Iechyd (Cyfyngiadau Coronafeirws) (Rhif 2) (Cymru) 2020(1) (er gwaethaf dirymu’r Rheoliadau hynny), neu

(iv)nad yw’n dod o fewn is-baragraff (i), (ii) na (iii) sy’n cymryd rhan yng nghynghrair Pencampwyr UEFA neu gynghrair Europa UEFA.”
