The Common Agricultural Policy (Financing, Management and Monitoring Supplementary Provisions) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

9.—(1) Regulation 6 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1), after “amended” insert “, for the purposes of common organisation of the markets and rural development measures(1),”.

(3) After paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A) In Article 1, omit points (g) and (m).”.

(4) In paragraph (2)—

(a)before sub-paragraph (a) insert—
