After exit day there will be three versions of this legislation to consult for different purposes. The legislation.gov.uk version is the version that applies in the UK. 1.For the [F1year] 2020, in accordance with Part Four, the United Kingdom shall contribute to and participate in the implementation of the Union [F1budget].
2.By way of derogation from Part Four, amendments to Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1311/2013(1) or Decision 2014/335/EU, Euratom that are adopted on or after the date of entry into force of this Agreement shall not apply to the United Kingdom insofar as those amendments have an impact on the United Kingdom's financial obligations.
