Breach of orders and offences

I168Obstruction

A person commits an offence if that person, without reasonable excuse, intentionally obstructs—

a

a health care professional authorised by virtue of an order under section 34(1) to medically examine a person;

b

a person authorised by virtue of section 40(1) to remove a person to the place in which the person is to be quarantined; or

c

a person authorised by virtue of section 42(1) to remove a person to hospital.
